The Crisis Response Team supports survivors who are actively exiting exploitation, providing safety, dignity, and stability in the critical first moments. This training covers crisis de-escalation, survivor-centered exit protocols, safety planning, and team communication. Because of the high-trust nature of this work, volunteers must demonstrate emotional preparedness and a willingness to operate under close staff direction. A background check is required. Open to volunteers 21 and older.
