When the World Cup comes to Houston, Elijah Rising’s outreach teams will go into the commercial sex industry with resources, compassion, and hope. This training will prepare you to serve on those teams. You’ll learn to recognize trafficking indicators, engage with individuals using trauma-informed principles, and follow safety protocols as part of a structured team. Volunteers are never sent out alone. A background check is required. Open to volunteers 18 and older (21+ for club environments).
