Urgent: I Need You To Call Your Representative And Stop Online Sex Trafficking

Tomorrow, the House of Representatives will be voting on important legislation. H.R. 1865 also known as FOSTA-SESTA, and the amendment to the CDA230 which will enable websites such as Backpage to be held accountable for knowingly facilitating sex trafficking.

Since this bill is going for a vote tomorrow we are urging our constituency to take immediate action by calling your Representative today and urging them to vote in favor of FOSTA-SESTA and Rep. Mimi Walters’ amendment. You don’t need to be an expert in legislation, it is so simple! Take one minute out of your day to support survivors and impact countless lives.

    I would also like to urge Representative _______(Name)_______ to support the amendment being offered by Representative Mimi Walters that will provide survivors and state and local law enforcement with the legal tools to go after websites that are knowingly facilitating human trafficking and oppose any other amendment.
