Elijah Rising is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Elijah Rising operates under the direction of a Board of Directors, which sets organizational priorities and goals, and holds Elijah Rising management responsible for the meeting of said goals. Annual planning and budgeting are done based on the level of expected giving for a year.
